Request deletion of your personal data

Important Information

Once you submit a data deletion request, all your personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Account Information: Username, password, login credentials
Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number
Vehicle Information: Car numbers, make, model
Parking History: All completed and active parking sessions
Communication Records: SMS and WhatsApp message history
QR Codes and Tokens: All generated QR codes and session tokens
User Profile: Profile settings and preferences

What We Retain (Legal Requirements)

For legal, accounting, and security reasons, we may retain certain data in anonymized form:

Transaction Records: Anonymized financial records (required by law for 7 years)
Security Logs: Anonymized security audit logs (without personal identifiers)
Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you

This retained data does not contain any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you.

Before You Delete

Please note:

You must complete or cancel all active parking sessions before deletion
Outstanding payments must be settled
You will lose access to your account immediately upon approval
You can create a new account later, but history will not be restored
Download any important data before submitting this request

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Online Request Form

Fill out the form below with your registered phone number and reason for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to info@techarion.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including:

Your registered phone number
Account email address
Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 3: Phone Request

Call our support team at +91 979-070-2329 and request account deletion.

What Happens Next?

Request Received

We'll send you a confirmation message via SMS/WhatsApp within 24 hours acknowledging your deletion request.

Verification (2-3 days)

We'll verify your identity and check for any active sessions or pending payments that need to be resolved.

Processing (7-14 days)

Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems, including all backups and archives.

Completion (Within 30 days)

You'll receive final confirmation that your data has been completely deleted. Legal retention records will remain anonymized.

Under applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and Indian privacy laws), you have the right to:

Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
Right to Access: Request a copy of your data before deletion
Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data before deletion

The complete deletion process takes up to 30 days from the date of request. Most deletions are completed within 14 days. You'll receive confirmation once the process is complete.

Yes, you can cancel your request within 7 days of submission by contacting our support team. After 7 days, the deletion process becomes irreversible.

Yes, all your parking history, session records, and account information will be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your data before requesting deletion if you need it for your records.

Yes, you can create a new account at any time using the same or different phone number. However, your previous account history will not be restored.

You must complete or cancel all active parking sessions before your account can be deleted. If you have active sessions, we'll contact you to resolve them before proceeding with deletion.

We will delete all records of messages sent to you via WhatsApp from our systems. However, messages already delivered to your WhatsApp account remain in your WhatsApp chat history and are governed by Meta's (WhatsApp's) privacy policy.
