Business Transfers

4. WhatsApp Business API Integration
ValetPark uses the WhatsApp Business API to provide convenient parking management through WhatsApp messages.
WhatsApp Data Usage
- We send your phone number to WhatsApp to deliver service messages
- Messages include parking status, OTP codes, and pickup notifications
- We do NOT access your WhatsApp contacts or other messages
- You can opt-out of WhatsApp notifications at any time
Third-Party Integration
- WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform
- Meta's Privacy Policy applies to WhatsApp message delivery
- We use n8n workflow automation to manage WhatsApp interactions
- All communications follow WhatsApp Business Policy guidelines

- Fill out the deletion request form with your registered phone number
- We will process your request within 30 days
- You will receive confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp once completed
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Personal information (name, phone, email)
- Vehicle information and parking history
- QR codes and session tokens
- All associated data and records
What We Retain
For legal and security reasons, we may retain:
- Anonymized transaction records for accounting
- Security logs (without personal identifiers) for fraud prevention

9. Children's Privacy
ValetPark is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

ValetPark operates primarily in India. If you are accessing our service from outside India:
